Here is an interview of Mr Le Pen by Al Jazeera's Mr Riz Khan, a former famous CNN journalist. To my knowledge Mr Le Pen speaks English (according to some BBC journalist who was meeting him while Mr Le Pen was campaigning in April, and thus answers directly in French without a translator, which is translated back into English by an Al Jazeera translator.

There are some sensible and some stupid comments by various users on the youtube link but the stupid ones can generally be ignored as the internet has a lot of them.
